2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks
All original guides, editorial roadmaps, and software code on FreeLearn.ly are protected proprietary assets. All course titles, instructor branding, and logos originating from Udemy® remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective creators.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to engage in malicious automated querying, denial of service attacks, or deceptive practices that burden infrastructure. We reserve the right to throttle or block abusive network addresses.
